In your appointment, the shoemaker personally, will take measurements, and discuss all the information regard lasts fitting and design, shoes style and design, materials, constructions and personal details. 

In order to achieve the client's desired fit we will make trial fits, as many as needed, from a simple fitting pair to be open and inspectioned to a wearable pair for the client to use them for awhile and then examinate and give us a feedback.

During the making of the pair some people enjoy a lot to see different process of the craft and they will have a lot of information about them, some others are less interested and we understand that too.
